booking T&C’s
Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your party booking with Ace Dance Studios.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No dates are confirmed until the deposit is received.
Our booking form needs to be completed atleast 2 weeks in advanced to reserve your desired date. Submitting a booking form starts your reservation, but your date is only confirmed once your deposit is paid and we’ve sent a confirmation email.
If your desired date says booked on the calendar, please still contact us to see if we can still make it work.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before the party date.
Add-ons and extras must be confirmed and paid no later than 5 days before the party date.
Invoices will be sent through Xero.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the party will incur a $50 admin fee.
Changes to party details (theme, guest count, add-ons) must be finalised at least 5 days in advance.
party guests & supervision
Packages include a set number of children. Extra children who attend the party but were not included in the final headcount or paid for in advance will incur a $15 per child fee, which will be added to your final invoice or payable on the day.
While our party host will lead and entertain the children during the party, at least one parent or caregiver is required to remain on-site to supervise. The host is not responsible for bathroom breaks, managing behaviour outside of the structured party activities, or supervising siblings or additional guests.
Ace Dance Studios is not responsible for injury caused by unsupervised or unsafe behaviour.
byo items & clean-up
You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and cake. These must only be consumed in the dance studios.
Ace Dance Studios provides basic set-up and clean-up for our party activities and inclusions. If you are bringing your own decorations, tables, chairs, or catering supplies, you are responsible for setting up and packing down these items. Please ensure all personal items and rubbish are removed at the end of your booking time
studio rules
No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted on site.
Children must remain in designated party areas at all times.
Please respect our space, staff, and property during your visit — it’s our happy place and we love sharing it with you!
PARTY AVAILABILITY
Birthday parties are only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Party times are between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Special time requests outside preset slots may be considered but are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
All bookings are confirmed based on availability and deposit receipt.
