Fees policy.

By registering with us, you agree to abide by this fees policy, and Ace reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed.

1. Fee Due Dates

Payment for the monthly class fee must be made within the first two weeks of the month.

2. Registration Fee

A one-off registration fee is charged to pay for Ace T-shirt (Costumes for competition students) and an Administration fee. This is to be paid before the student starts classes.

3. Late Fees

To support smooth operations and ensure timely processing, we kindly request fees to be settled by the due date. In the event of delayed payments, a 10% late fee will be applied.

4. Non-Refundable Class Fees

Monthly class fees are non-refundable and are still to be paid if students leaves class. Competition students are stll to pay the full year if they stop dancing.

5. Unpaid Fees

Failure to pay monthly fees on time may result in the student's removal from their class until payment has been made..

6. Missed Classes

No refunds or make-up classes will be given for missed classes due to overseas travel, family holidays, birthdays, or similar reasons. Refunds may be granted in cases of serious illness, injury, or bereavement depending on time period of absense. Ace reserves the right to request a medical certificate as proof in such cases.

7. Competition Fees

Competition fees will be sent out based on who is competiting. Invoices for this are still to be paid even if a child no longer competes. Futhermore, there will be no refunds for competitions for students who leave a crew after competition fees have been sent out.

8. Unpaid Competition Fees

Failure to pay for competition fees will result in the student’s removal from competing with Ace.

9. Extreme Circumstances

In the extreme circumstances of financial burden, a possible discount or extension can be given to families after communication with the Finance and Management Team without penalty fees. This only applies to Term Fees.

10. Family Discount

Ace Dance Studios offers a 20% family discount applied to the lowest monthly class fee when multiple students from the same immediate family are enrolled. Family discounts only apply to the monthly class fees.

Ace Dance Studios reserves the right to amend this Fees Policy at any time. Continued enrolment after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
