Our Adults class is for anyone 18+ wanting to dance, stay active, and enjoy learning in a fun and welcoming environment.

Each one-hour class covers hip hop and street-dance foundations, choreography, musicality, and movement. Classes are designed to be enjoyable while still giving dancers the opportunity to challenge themselves and build their skills.

No previous dance experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new, returning to dance after some time away, or simply looking for something different to do during the week, you can jump in and learn at your own pace.

Adults is all about good music, good energy, and enjoying dance without the pressure.
